Lindsay Lohan has been targeted in a new lawsuit accusing the actress of stealing the formula for her new tanning spray.
The 23-year-old star launched her tanning lotion Sevin Nyne in April, touting it as the secret to her glowing complexion.
According to federal court documents filed in Tampa, Florida, Sunday is suing the pair pair for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
Sunday says she had a deal with Simon's company for a tan line but balked at Simon and Lohan's request to buy the formula. Sunday says she was shocked—shocked!—to discover that her "sunless secret" ingredients were purloined for the $35 Lohan-branded Sevin Nyne, which just hit store shelves.
"It was initially envisioned would manufacture the product and ship out the spray to Ms. Simon's company," plaintiff attorney Marcia Cohen tells E! News. "Now we see Ms. Lohan taking credit for having created Ms. Sunday's formula and product."
